NCCSS Judging Information

Three qualified judges will judge each entry. They will score on Overall Complexity (20 points), Visual Impression / Impact (10 points), Workmanship: Quality of Stitches (50 points), Presentation (10 points), Finishing (10 points). Each judge has her own judging form. Judge #2 doesn‘t see how many points Judge #1 gave. All three Judging scores are added for a final total. The three highest scores in a category are winners.

Judging at the NCCSS is done very professionally. Judges do not discuss pieces until judging is
complete. Judges do not see the other judges score‘s or comments.
All judges‘ decision are final.

The Judging Forms are available to you. Have your entry numbers when you come to the show and you can take the Judging forms with you.
