2008 NCCSS Competition Rules and Information

- All entries must be registered before May 12, 2008.
- Limit of 10 entries per person.

- All entries must be ready to hang with wire hangers.

- Entries are eligible in the show one time. Do not enter a piece that has been previously entered.

- All cross stitch pieces must be stitched by the entrant.

- All pieces must be stitched by amateur stitchers. We no longer have a Professional Category.

- Please fill out one Competition Registration Form for each piece you have entered.

- A $7.00 Entry fee (non-refundable) should be sent with each Competition Registration Form. Also
include a copy of the finished entry.

- When your entry has been processed, you will receive two conformations Copy B and Copy C.
Copy B must be attached to the back of your entry. Copy C is yours. Copy C will have your pick-up
number on it if you need one.

- All registered entries must arrive to Rockome between May 24-31. You may hand-deliver your entry, which is recommended, or ship it to Rockome. You may hand-deliver your entry to the Rockome Office between 9-4. All entries that are shipped must be packed by a professional shipping company, such as Ups Store or FedEx. The entry must also come with a pre-paid return form in the box. If you have any questions about this NEW policy please contact Angie Miller at amiller@rockome.com.

- Address for shipping entries is Rockome NCCSS, 125 N CR 425 E, Arcola, IL 61910.

- Entries can be picked up at the end of the show on June 15 starting at 5:30. You will receive a pick up number to collect your entries. The sooner you get your entries registered the better your pick up
number is.

- Entries will be shipped out starting June16.

- You will receive a one-day NCCSS Day Pass for every 2 entries.

- Show Security - The directors and staff of the National Counted Cross Stitch Show will oversee all entries while the show is open to the public. Rockome will take every precaution to protect each entry during the show. Rockome is not responsible for any circumstances that are out of their control.
